The NLDIMSR INNOVISION Journal of Management Research aims to create an international platform for the exchange of ideas in all fields of business and management. The journal publishes high-quality research articles in areas such as accounting, business strategy, economics, entrepreneurship, ethics, finance, human resource management, information systems, international business, management education, marketing, operations management, organisational behaviour, quantitative methods, and so on. Articles dealing with global challenges, practical experiences, educational features including case research, trends in emerging nations, and other non-traditional and innovative topics are especially appreciated in the Journal.

Journal motto is to publish original works and promote scientific publications of high quality through a rigorous process of peer review. We invite contributions from researchers, scholars, faculty members, corporate executives, students and other functionaries with interest in research in different management disciplines and interface / allied areas.

Submitted manuscripts will be reviewed by experts and if required, opportunities will be provided to the authors/scholars to edit / modify their contributions for final approval and acceptance. The managing editor / editor reserves the right to make necessary amendments in the final manuscript before publication. Institute do not charge any publication fee.
